While I’ve not always been a runner, I do like my exercise. As I age, I find myself turning to jogging to keep in shape. I enjoy the challenge of trying to improve my times.
As spring turns to summer and the weather warms, I’ve been paying closer attention to how sweaty I get during my run. In keeping an eye on that, I am finding that if I delay the time at which I first wipe sweat from my face, it seems like the less the sweat that pours down my forehead and into my eyes.
Admittedly, my method of observation and recording is woefully unscientific, yet I have to begin to wonder if the sweat that is already on the outside of my body goes some way to prevent further sweat from flowing.
Not just you! I have noticed this as well.
