Haha. I am really enjoying laughing about all the things that would be hilarious to see someone doing in a hard hat.
I would be a little scared to enter this neighborhood, if a hard hat is required at all times it must be pretty hazardous!
can you imagine: nannies walking toddlers in strollers, ; dog walkers and dogs; mail persons; lawn crews…..all appropriately clad.
a hard hat store on the corner is a must.
