I am by no means a connoisseur of seaweed. I am pretty sure I’ve eaten it on a few occasions, but again, hardly enough to be able to judge what is well-prepared seaweed and what is, well, just oceanic weeds thrown on a plate.
Can any of you shed a little light on the nature of “roasted to perfection” and how that might apply to seaweed?
