It’s not quite mouthwash, but Dr. Bronners soap says it’s good for toothbrushing.

Its basically olive oil. I use it. I like using soap that is so natural you can eat it. I also like to use lard soap. I wouldn’t eat that though.
Cause of the lye in it.
