In order to quieten rowdy children, a fairly common practice (at least) in India, was to tell them that the police, a bear, a monster or some such figure of power will take them away if they misbehave.
But it seems from the flip side of this menu card that things work differently nowadays. For a change, parents are being threatened too – as follows:
“Parents whose kids are running amuck & shouting will be made to stand in the corner with their kid.”

(2) Morally support the provision of free WiFi.
