I saw this puzzle piece by the elevator at work, and it made me wonder how it got there. I work in a building with generic offices, mostly attorneys, and no toy/puzzle companies.
Was someone carrying the puzzle and dropped the piece? If so, how annoying for them when they try to finish the puzzle but are one piece short.
Was it left as some sort of modern art thing with a single puzzle piece causing all those that pass to be puzzled by it?

No doubt this was left behind by someone, who purposefully wanted to confuse the people who came across it.
I can only imagine a myriad of folks sitting at their desks and their minds turning to this aberrant puzzle piece and spending the balance of their day consumed by its meaning.
See? I’m doing it and I wasn’t even there!
I wonder if any other blogs posted about it, spreading the confusion and hysteria even further.
