To quote our reader:
“I ran across this quirky message today on Last.fm.
Apparently, you can’t make friends in this world without one of their accounts. How did I make it this far?!”
Thanks to Jared, a reader in Chicago, for capturing this little piece of quirkiness! We invite you all to share quirky observations from your life with us at chickenmonkeydog @ gmail dot com
Good lord, how on earth do you press OK? That’s bad interface design. Not friendly at all. Ergonomics is way more important than design, people! Ugh!
Last.fm = Last Friend Management?
Anytime someone starts talking to me I first insist on obtaining their Last.fm credentials before I am willing to be their friend.
We can remain acquaintances indefinitely, but to be a friend, well that’s not for just anybody.
@Conall–
I thought we weren’t friends on Last.fm by accident, not by design. this will be an introspective weekend, THANKS last.fm..
