And you can bet I would never be a repeat customer to anyone who would wish those kind of terrible things upon me!
From a marketing standpoint, accusing customers of stealing is a poor choice of words. Asking people in the store not to steal is one thing and certainly could have been done in a cute, or funny sort of way. Marketing/sales fail.
