Haha, I definitely do NOT want an office space full with drawers full of bees! Thanks, but no thanks.
Also, I just learned of something called Urban Apiaries, which is a company that makes honey from city dwelling bees. I’ve been wondering if that would have a better, worse, or just different taste than country bees. Would the pollution of city bees and city flowers and city air in any way make it into the honey? Has anyone tried it?
