Watchout! Libraries are on the move, slowly.
On the human scale, the libraries are probably not moving appreciably at all.
I guess they could be talking about the rate at which the library is hurtling through space, but that probably would be considered fast.
Perhaps they are talking about the library moving at the rate of continental drift?
Maybe it’s a library for ‘slower’ folks?
