With Fukushima, at least we all knew it was a nuclear power plant … and it was not smack dab in the middle of a congested neighborhood. When in Pittsburgh recently, I stumbled across some sort of nuclear testing facility right across the street from the hotel where I was staying. What the *&#@^?!?
