So, is the thought here generosity?
“I bet the next person will be looking for something to read while doing their business. I shall generously donate my newspaper for the good of the anonymous pooper.”
Or, is it just laziness?
“I cannot be bothered to take this newspaper, which I bought in to the stall with me, all the way back out into the sink area to discard it.”
Personally, I try to avoid having to pick anything up from the bathroom floor, so mostly just found it inconvenient to step around. However, I did find it a convenient CMD post!
