This restaurant is so cutting edge that they are experimenting with a policy of serving “no food or drinks” whatsoever. It’s truly all about the ambiance at this place.
While I could see this trendy spot capitalizing on the folks exploring a “zero food” diet, or people fasting for any reason, I think they had better have some really comfy chairs and great decor if they plan to survive as a business. The good news for their approach must be very low operating expenses. No need to spend money on supplies, kitchen staff and equipment, waiters, etc.
