The upgrades are likely to take place between 8.00 am and 10.00 am Greenwich Mean Time, and should last only an hour or two. In all likelihood, you won’t even notice a difference in the performance of our website during the upgrade process, but on the chance that something falters along the way, we wanted to let you know in advance.

although I hate when the server is being upgraded, I would like to have the button on MY keyboard to update the server to better meet my needs…..

To be honest, the good people at http://www.memset.com sorted it out for us. All we did was email them to ask for help. So, I guess all we needed on our keyboard was a "send email" button …
