I am following the arrow to the right since it seems slightly more promising than the one on the left, which appears to point directly into a building. Although, on the right you are going right into that post. Neither options seems great.
If only pedestrians have to go left or right, can vehicles proceed past the sign? I would have thought the wall would force any and all traffic to pick left or right. And the do not enter sign means I would probably go right since something to the left is not to be entered.

Did you notice that on the other side of the sign is a “do not enter” sign? Seems that the entire thing is VERY CONFUSED!
Meaghan, that just means that you can’t enter from that side.
