Over the weekend, I went to RHS Wisley Gardens. What a fantastic place! The grounds were beautiful and the butterfly house was amazing. What beautiful creatures tropical butterflies are. (I totally recommend a visit; it’s just outside the M25, off the A3, near Guildford.)
Making my way back to the car at the end of the day, I happened upon the ‘RED GATE’. Is it just me or could this gate be mislabelled?
Perhaps there is some type of scandal going on with the name Red Gate behind there. I am staying away.

@ Steve:
Ha-ha! You know, when I left the park, I tried to find the outside of ‘RED GATE’ to see if it was labelled the same … but I couldn’t find it. If ever a gate had the potential to be involved in a scandal, I think this one does!
This gate is torture on those of us who may be colorblind.
@ Conall –
I would have thought so too. I know that red and green cause some people with colour-blindness real issues. From what little I understand (and I realise that this may not be accurate), they are seen as tonally the same. So, an illiterate, colour-blind chap might think he was at the green gate instead.
