Me thinks there may be some grammatical errors with the placement of the quotes around the word ‘No’ in the sign above. It was placed on the entrance of the DMV in Deerfield, Illinois (I know, lots of time in various state DMV offices of late … can you say ‘fun, fun, fun’?).
