Plastic Wrapped Emergency!

Someone shrink-wrapped the emergency exit from the inside. Not sure how easy it is to tear down or if there is a knife there to cut it, but I imagine emergency evacuations may take a bit longer with it in place. Is an emergency exit the wrong place for a plastic-wrap prank?
