During a recent road-trip, I saw what could only be described as a home-made cleaning tool. If you look at the photo below, you’ll see a red broom-handle with a tennis ball attached to the foot of the handle. Close inspection of the tennis ball shows that it is dark and worn from use. (Admittedly, the picture doesn’t do a great job of showing the wear-n-tear, but trust us, it’s there.)
So, today’s post then is a trivia game: For what purpose could this tennis-ball broom actually be used?
I believe it’s used to remove scuffs from tile. I have some vague recollection about this…
I agree with forkboy, I believe the tennis ball broom is for removing scuff marks.
