“Unclear why [the sign writer] did not start the lettering from the bottom up, as there is clearly room at the roo (spelling error intentional) for it to fit. The place is down the street from a shooting range, so there is a hunting theme, which I guess explains the dead animal hanging on the wall.”
Perhaps that’s a kangaroo pelt, and this was an attempt at a ‘roo pun.
