Is It Time for Tea?

English breakfast tea and English afternoon tea

It’s obvious that I need to add “English midnight study session tea” to my tea collection, but I wonder if you have any other suggestions in addition?

  1. There’s Irish Breakfast. They make it really strong… for some odd reason. *wink*

I’m scotch-irish, I can make that joke with impunity.

  2. Midnight study session? Sounds like time for a black & tan.

Just to help take off the edge…

  3. I am thinking I also need

    “English I-just-ate-too-much-for-dinner-and-now-I-need-an-excuse-to-sit-around-the-table-doing-nothing-for-a-while-as-I-digest tea”

  4. I see the English afternoon tea, but is that the “I just woke up from a nap during the workday and now I need to be productive” variety or the “I don’t have time for a nap, this tea better be strong” sort?

Many teas are not caffeinated. Also, you don’t need to drink all of them every day, but you do need the right tea for the right time and place, don’t you? Twinings seems to imply so.
