Acidophilus, yum. I drink this stuff called kefir made from cauliflower-like colonies of symbiotic bacteria and yeast and raw milk. It’s active cultures could totally beat up this low fat drivel. 🙂
Oh, and fat is good for you! It can actually make you loose weight! Fat doesn’t make you fat, processed foods make you fat.

Kefir culture is stronger than yogurt culture? Who knew? Yogurt cultural archivists better begin saving what little is left of their culture!
