Our third and final chapter from Spain:
Hey! This taxi doesn’t seem to be taking us to the address we asked for! In fact, it seems like we’re on some sort of pre-set route with regular stops where other passengers get into and out of the taxi.
Our reader’s comments:
My Spanish is bad, but that I don’t think the Taxi is the word for the bus drawn in the photo.
Thanks again to that Chicago CMD reader who sent in these pics after her recent trip to Spain!

Why are the people running in the opposite direction from the bus? Are Spanish buses so terrible they send people fleeing in the other direction?
@ Tim And what are they carrying? Briefcases? Laptop cases? Are the taxis only for business people?
With a bus-sized taxi, do you think you still will be charged a per-person surcharge?
Although I’ve travelled to Spain, I didn’t ride in a taxi or a bus there.
I feel like I can’t constructively contribute to this conversation, except to suggest to @forkboy1965 that the man (or boy) on the running sign may be carrying a ‘European carry-all’ rather than a work briefcase. Just a possibility …
As one who has not only been in Spain but has traveled by bus while there the buses do look like that and considering the way they drive I am not surprised people are running from the bus.
“European carry-all”? How European sounding…
