Quite the opposite from those super annoying times when you’re driving on the highway and there is supposedly a “construction zone,” but it seems that all that is going on is multiple traffic lanes are blocked off by construction barriers for miles and miles. No workers, no equipment, no disrupted asphalt, just barriers. It’s as if all they are trying to do is artificially create of traffic, or perhaps catch people speeding in “construction zones,” who knows?
