Whenever I drive by this sign (it seems to have been abandoned by the local public works), I always just giggle a little bit.
Is the litter crew picking up rubbish or tossing it about?

Although, one wonders if it makes sense to staff a crew for this sort of litter which is permanently stationed at that one spot on the highway. I guess perhaps if it is a location with a high number of traffic accidents…
