Remember these ring-pull cans of yesteryear? I do. Back then it was a nail-breaking-nuisance just to get a sip of Coke. On a recent trip through Dubai when I saw this bad boy, it took me right back to my childhood. Amazing how a sight, sound or taste can nostalgic you right back to being a kid again.
That and it looks like a face (http://facesinplaces.blogspot.com) -– an alarmed face. Maybe the can was shocked to see ME after so many years?
My friends and I were talking about soda can pull tabs just last week. Amazing that they are still manufactured.
Does anyone remember using the tongue of the tab to fling the ring part of it?
@Carla ya, I was super stoked to find them again! @Liam – I don’t think this game made it below the equator, I spent most of the time accidentally breaking the ring thing off… aaargh!
