Based on the image they show of the cow, what parts of it do you think they are making the burgers from?
Apologies for the horrendous photo. It was late and the bar was all dark and blurry.
I buy mine from my local French butcher and they are made from 100% pure steak with the fat cut off…how do I know?? The mincer is on the counter and the customers see exactly what they are getting…cheaper than the prepacked rubbish from the supermarket that is also 20% fat…
