Once the donated books go in, they never come out.
Either that, or the person who does empty the books out is a thief.
Those are the only two options I see.

Which group or organization is collecting the donated textbooks? The removal notice is rather severe, but if the books are being sold to feed malnourished children, I feel like that’s a good reason to be blunt.
