Apparently people in this neighborhood need to be aware of a blind person walking while hula-hooping …
That’s clearly way more dangerous than just blindness. I’m glad I’ve been warned.

Isn’t hulahooping while walking dangerous for any person, blind or not? I am pretty sure it would be dangerous for me!
Yeah, you are pretty uncoordinated last time I checked.
Hula-hooping doesn’t seem to me like an activity requiring much hand-eye coordination. But you sure gotta swing ‘dem hips!
Please note the hula-hooper is holding the hula hoop in the photo. Perhaps he is not actually hula-hooping.
Looks to me like they are holding a short surfboard. Maybe they are a blind surfer.
Mr. Zogs Sex Wax sure might get a bit messy though.
I see the surfboard too! Which is more likely I wonder – surfing or hula-hooping?
Either way, I think my favorite parts are the lines that have been drawn to indicate that the surfboard/hula hoop is moving.
I am a hooper and visually impaired…I have seen that sign..lol! I forget what it means. Baxter from Hoop Path hoops with a blind fold on..it is definitely about feeling the movement 🙂
I thought it was a skateboard.
