Here in Chicago we had a lovely White Christmas. The snow settled, then melted a bit, and then decided to stick around on our front stoop and driveway. As this caused a hazard for visitors, I went outside to cast salt crystals across the ground.
As I finished salting the ice, I noticed that the salt I was using was apparently “Airport Strength”. I guess that means we’re now ready to land 747’s on our driveway.
Perhaps we’re now in a good spot to help clear up some of the travel congestion that resulted from the snowstorm?
