Do you believe that one can stop mid-meal and apply a toothpick to one’s teeth without being rude?
If a stubborn piece of food is lodged there, interfering and distracting the eater such that they are constantly trying to dislodge it with their tongue, does this justify using the mid-meal toothpick?
Do you believe that all use of a toothpick ought to wait until the end of the meal? Out of the sight of other people?
While I’m not big on all the social graces I’ll go with “Do this in the bathroom”.
@ Forkboy1965,
Amen to that.
