With the increasing Westernization of the globe, how many social groups, geographies, cities, and even nations struggle to accomplish what this lowly tub of yogurt handles as a simple “matter of fact”?

  1. Acidophilus, yum. I drink this stuff called kefir made from cauliflower-like colonies of symbiotic bacteria and yeast and raw milk. It’s active cultures could totally beat up this low fat drivel. 🙂

    Oh, and fat is good for you! It can actually make you loose weight! Fat doesn’t make you fat, processed foods make you fat.

    I do love cookies though. **sigh**

    Kefir culture is stronger than yogurt culture? Who knew? Yogurt cultural archivists better begin saving what little is left of their culture!
