Here’s what I’d describe as a pretty typical sign warning against parking in a private lot:
No, we don’t like it. Nobody likes to get their car towed, but it’s probably fair. Afterall, it is someone’s property we’re parking on.

For some reason this one makes me a lot more nervous. “Relocated”? Instantly I wonder, what exactly do they mean? Will I be towed, or will the lot owner be hiring some car thieves to break in an go for a joyride? What other means of relocation does this lot owner intend to let loose on my car?
