Moving sure does suck away ones time doesn’t it? While enjoying all the pleasures of moving house this past week, I spoke to a lot of people about moving and noted a spread of comments about which was the worst part.
Is it the packing of everything in your home into medium, sometimes awkwardly weighted boxes?
Is it the physical movement of all those weighty goods onto a truck, over to a new location and back off the truck?
Or finally, is it the slow, possibly never completed, process of unpacking?
Despite having recently gone through it, I am not sure which was worst. Probably whichever part I was doing when the question was posed.
I am just glad that I am really excited about my new place. That has made it all worthwhile.
