I’m not looking to become the next Arnold Schwarzenegger (for all sorts of reasons), but I do like to keep fit.

Lately, I have my noticed that my hands were not keeping pace with the rest of my well-exercised body. Good thing I stumbled upon this thing. I’ve taken the first step to fit and healthy hands.
