I would not accept candy from this rolling van of potential perversion.
I think the drawing on the side has a “Tim Burton meets Edvard Munch” feel to it. It could be a rolling van of funky eccentricity.

By way of update on this funky mobile, I can report that it seems to have moved out of the area. It’s not been parked where I normally see it for some time now.
