Please direct your attention to the fifth rule down the list.
When I read this sign of pool regulations, I had three immediate thoughts:
(1) I’ll find another pool in which to swim.
(2) When suffering from diarrhea, who thinks getting that far way from the toilet is ever a safe way to go?
(3) The story behind that particular rule must be totally gross.
I really like that this pool is open from DAWN A.M. to DUSK P.M.! Clearly this sign was created for this particular establishment — no way does the anti-diarrhea message come standard — so that means, either sometime in the past or in a different season, this pool did have regularly scheduled business hours. But now, they’re embracing nature’s clock, and no pre-printed sign will get in the way!
